This is the CAD file for the Regnans CoreXY. Regnans aims to achieve a very balanced machine combining simplicity, performance and a large build volume. It is designed with several principles in mind: Simple design and maintenance. All parts are easy to access. It doesn't require Klipper, networking, extra processing. Everything is done using a basic board like an SKR 1.4 or Octopus (now that Marlin has input shaping). 24V everything. In some countries, working on mains power requires a licensed electrician. Regnans is designed so that everything beyond the main power supply is 24V Big build volume. The original X5SA can achieve 330x330x400. Regnans expands that to 350x350x430 by making use of smaller motion system components, and a compact extruder. Performance - Won't get to VZBot speeds, but can still outrun most hotends. Machine limits are typically set at 350mm/s and 10-20k accel. Must be quiet. Had to be similar in quietness to my Prusa Mk3s. Relatively easy to enclose. Most main components are now inside the old X5SA frame.  Regnans is designed to use: SKR 1.4 or Octopus Pro (SKR 1.4 requires an older electronic case design) 2209 drivers Mini 12864 and/or BTT TFT35v3.0 BTT 30A mosfet for the bed Keenovo Silicone Heater Pad 330mm X 330mm for Tronxy X5S A 350x350 bed (I used a 6.25 Alca 5 tool plate) Dragon HF hotend LGX Light Extruder (The extruder sits on a small carrier, so can easily be redesigned for other small extruders) A Meanwell UHP-750-24 power supply (Or cheaper alternative. I wanted a fanless PS, but the UHP is not cheap). Carbon fibre gantry and MGN9 rails for X and Y The build can (probably) be done in stages. The order that would probably work is this (but be aware I built this over a long time and can't guarantee that this won't conflict with original parts). Electronics (swap X5SA with updated electronics) Power Supply (upgrade the 500W power supply to the 750W needed for the bed) Bed (but not the inboard rods and motors) Gantry/extruder/hoten
