Introducing the Reinforced Golf Tee, a triangular tee meticulously engineered to solve a common problem with 3D-printed golf accessories: shearing and breakage. Unlike standard printed tees, this design features a central channel for a #6 x 1 7/8in sheet metal screw. This screw acts as a robust reinforcement, binding the printed layers together and dramatically increasing the tee's shear resistance and overall durability.  Don't have that screw modify the OnShape hole, you will need a tap and drill chart. This is more than just a durable tee—it's a customizable experience. The design is fully parametric on OnShape, allowing you to adjust the 73 mm height and 24 mm side lengths to your exact specifications. This ensures a perfect fit for any golfer's needs. For best results and maximum longevity, we recommend printing this tee with strong, durable filaments such as ASA, ABS, PETG, or PLA+. These materials, combined with the screw reinforcement, create a virtually unbreakable tee that will stand up to countless rounds. Say goodbye to broken tees and hello to a custom, long-lasting solution for your golf bag.
