Reinforced Laundry Rack Joint

I recently saw postings onlline about a rolling laundry hanging rack. I have such a rack and found that when fully loaded, the original upper joints were insufficient to bear the weight. I redesigned the joints to be stronger and capable of holding a full load of clothing and am posting that design here for those who might find it beneficial.
