As motor I use the PGM 37DC12/77 in combination with a 12VDC 500ma power supply.
To glue every thing on the glas I used this:

The material that I use to polish my parts is silicon carbide:
F12
F24
F60
F220 &
F800
I typically polish up to five parts at once. First polish the parts 12-24h with the F12 carbide. The time depends on the geometry and the size of your parts. Increase the number of granulation. For extermely smooth surfaces I polished my parts at least 6 hours with each granulation. The last step is to polish the parts with the F800 for
