Relay Flange / Mount

Sometimes you have to replace a relay in i.e. a amplifier, but you can't mount it on the chassis. Well there are of course relays that come with a flange and two holes already cast. But what if you have a relay laying around without one, but still want to use it. Well, this is a neat solution. It fits around the base of the relay. You have to glue the flange/base onto the relay.

But what if I want to open the relay? Don't, you'll do more harm trying to service it than just buy a new one.
