[Remix] Surface Duo bumper (full)

以下を微調整しました。
・右側について、高さを4.5mmに調整(-0.5mm)。
・右側のボタン部分に挟み込むための詰め物のパーツを追加。
・右側のボタン近傍の端の加工を微修正。
・左側について、ストラップホール周りをやや太くし、耐久性を強化。
・層間の強度を高めるため、一層当たりの高さを抑えた以下の印刷設定に最適化するよう上面の張り出し角度を設定。
＜印刷設定＞
　- 最下層の厚み：0.27mm
　- 各層の厚み：0.18mm

ボタン周りの接着強度が弱くなりがちであるため、詰め物を介してボタンにも両面テープを張ることを推奨します。
