This is a basic Remote battery terminal lug, you can use this along with 3/8" bolts to relocate a battery charging outlet to the outside of your car / go cart / etc.
This will save time during races as you won't have to open you rhood up, which is usually held in place with pins or what not and many times the battery itself is tucked away and hard to reach with a charging cable set.
Please this on the outside of your cart, and connect it with 4 gauge wire leading back to the terminals of the battery and you'll be able to charge easily.

Use 3/8" Copper bolt for the middle bolt, that will be your terminal. Use regular 3/8 bolts to secure to the outside.

Print in Red for Positive, and black for negative.
