Remzak Breech - Stencil

IMPORTANT: Untested, undersized to fit markers, USE AT OWN RISK.

The NC file is "No Clearance" and is directly matched to the dimensions of my model, I just subtracted it from the breech model, and you would need to cut before the marker for it to be the right size.

Dimensions: I took estimated dimensions, mixed with remzak's own dimensions for the pusher to design this. You need a 9/16 brass piece cut down to 9.5" (241.3mm) to start. I guessed 7.8mm wide for the long piece, as my mag feed lips were 8.4mm and it needed extra clearance. After modelling the breech, I then made a negative of it and cut off 0.5mm or more on the edges to make room for a marker tip like a sharpie. I also did 60 degrees for the angle, and 56.3mm for the 7.8mm wide piece.

I have no proof that this will work, and it is undersized to accomodate a marker tip. Theoretically it will work as after you draw the marker lines, then cut in the middle of them it should match the planned dimensions, although it m
