Renishaw OMP-60 Probe Protector

Can protect the probe body by triggering contact stylus, probe must be active and in protective mode to react. Won't help if you handwheel the Z at Mach speeds. Recommended Print Settings:Seams-RandomWalls-4 Infill-Gyroid ≥35Support-None Brim-Outer Only Materials:1* M3x5x4 Heat Set Insert (on 15 degree angle to match taper of stylus housing)1* M3x10 Hex Socket Cap 18-8SS Print from PET-G or ABS/ASA. Use a 6mm drill bit if needed to open up bore to pass stylus ruby through. Snug set screw to fasten to stylus housing. Have had 4 mounted in DN VMC's for a couple weeks with no issues during tool changes or probing cycles.
