The Renovation SSI-2001 is a replica of the Innovation SSI-2001 sound card for IBM PCs. It sports the Commodore SID chip for producing the sounds.

You can adjust the OpenSCAD file to match your own card. I needed to make the "ears" for the screws a bit longer since my card's DSUB15 connector is sticking out a bit more than usual. You might want to tweak that.
Also, I made the DSUB15 cutout larger for a connector without hex screws.
