Repair - couch spring mounting

We have a couch from the furniture store "Leiner" ... after a few years we have an issue with the fastenings of the springs, they where torn off. So we looked closer at it and found that it is relatively easy to design an inproved replacement part.

After a few tries, the right size and thickness was found, now the springs hold back in place as they should.

The replacement parts are fastened with 5 screws, so they last much better and longer than the original holders, which are only tattered.
