This will work for any version of the repbox
I got tired of the ptfe tubes shifting in and out of the weatherproof connectors that are supplied with the repbox. The stock fittings aren't really designed for ptfe anyhow, so I came up with these.
I had 3 types of pc4 push connectors to try and the m10's made the most sense. I like that the ptfe tube and extend through them so the filament path can be mostly ptfe and thus less friction. The ptfe extends into the adapter snugly without deforming and there's a nice chamfered opening inside the box for the filament to slip through.
Print in the orientation they're in, with supports enabled from the build plate only. I made sure to set extra offset distance in xy and z to make support removal cleaner.
Notice in my pictures the threads are a little ugly and curled, rest assured they make for a very snug and strong connection when installed. They actually hold better than the supplied connectors.
I printed in PLA, I'm sure PET wo
