Replacement article cards for Secret Hitler

Our playgroup makes comments like 'The cards stick together, they must be liberal policies' because of the heavy use. I took ratiafak's remix as a source for these MMU prints.
They are scaled up so they can replace the official 'Deluxe edition' policy cards.

Apparently the files don't open in PrusaSlicer 2.2.0, please use a new version (currently no newer version has been released, try to compile it yourself from github)
