The wonderful Tivoli Audio Radio Model One has a weak on-off-switch, which tends to break after some years. Since already two buttons in my family broke, and spare parts are not available, I decided to design a functional replacement and print it 3D (FFF).
The axle is 6 mm in diameter, and the button hole has also 6 mm diameter. Maybe that it fits a bit too tight. In this case, you can either scrab a bit out with a small knife, or you just enlarge the object to 102% in your slicer program.
The two knobs I printed do not look 100% as the original, but they work perfectly. For this small object, you can print with 0.1 resolution and slow speed (~40 mm/s) to obtain a very fine surface quality. I printed the buttons with the cheap Malyan M200, also known as Monoprice Select Mini.
