Replacement Control Panel Overlay for K40 Laser

This is a 2D design file for laser cutting a replacement panel overlay on the digital readout version of the common, Chinese-imported 40 Watt K40 laser cutter. I was not a big fan of the vinyl button overlay that came with the machine so I designed my own panel and used a clear piece of acrylic as the material.

Use clear acrylic to allow the 7-segment display and LEDs to shine through the acrylic as there are no holes for these components in the design.

The circle button cutouts can be used as button extensions on the tactile buttons for the control panel.

There's space for a logo design next to the power switch. Throw your own design in there and engrave it with your laser.
