Replacement Fan Knob

Just a replacement fan knob. I couldn't find the right one. This one is off when the shaft of the control shaft is up and has 4 speeds 0,1,2,3, at 90 degree turns of the knob.

To suit Shaft diameter of 4.7mm and length of 14mm
Flat spot on shaft is 4mm from opposite side of the shaft.
