This a replacement head pad/strap for the Sony MDR-XD200 headphones.
The rubber strap has a habit of stretching out or snapping and original parts are not easily available.
There are two versions of this strap: One with a hex pattern filling the hole in the middle of the strap and one without the hexes, which is much closer to the original strap.
These models were designed to be printed in TPU rubber like filament, to allow it to be flexible and mould to the shape of the head better.
If the strap length needs any adjustment, please let me know and I'll adjust the files, or use the .STEP or Solidworks files to alter the model directly.
