Replacement Ladder Foot Plug / End Cap

Two replacement foot plugs for aluminium household ladders (e.g., Krause and similar): one for 40×20 mm legs and one for 33×20 mm legs. Print the plugs in ABS or PETG. The soles can be printed in TPU with 100% infill, or cut from a rubber sheet.

Many cheap replacement plugs fit poorly, so the sharp edge of the aluminium box section digs into the plastic over time and eventually cracks it. This design supports the load across the full cross-section, reducing stress concentrations and improving durability. I’m also including the .DWG file so you can modify the dimensions if needed.
