Replacement Manna 32oz Bottle Handle

Manna 32oz Bottle Replacement Handle After my daughter cracked the original handle to her Manna water bottle, I modeled a replacement. While I didn't have the original parts to go by, this is pretty close to the original geometry. I did add some additional cross-bracing to strengthen the part and eased the edges so that it would be nicer to hold. One of the biggest challenges is removing the metal pins that hold the the original handle in the bottle. I found that if I snapped one of the handle arms off close to the pin, I could remove that piece of the handle completely. Then with needle-nose pliers you can grip and push the metal pin out from where it seats in the middle of the cap. To remove the pin on the other side take a narrow long object (I used a small hex wrench) and push on the pin from the inside out, gently tapping with a hammer and it will pop out of the other side. Installing the new handle is the reverse of above. The attached print profile uses the following setting
