This is a replacement mounting bracket for a [Noma holiday laser projector](https://www.canadiantire.ca/en/pdp/noma-christmas-lights-starlight-motion-laser-red-green-blue-1513543p.html). Might fit other brands too. A quick google search suggests that this particular mounting style is very common.
