Replacement Pants Hanger Hook

I liked the [Trouser Hanger Clamp/Hook Replacement](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2817894), but it has a week connection between the hook and clamp. I thickened it up and added a hole that snugly fits a ~10mm length of 1.75mm filament. This resists the load by applying a sheer force to the filament, and filament is very strong against sheer forces. You can still apply some glue such as rubber cement, especially if the filament isn't snug on your print like it is on mine.
