Replacement Part for North Trampoline

This is a replacement part I modeled for a North Trampoline. It’s designed to replace a broken original part where a spring is usually attached.Note: The hole for the spring is not included in the model and needs to be drilled manually after printing – please take measurements from your original part. Model Quality & Print TestsThe model didn’t turn out perfect, but it’s fully functional – that’s why I’m still sharing it. While printing, I tested a few things:Variable layer height: to save print time while maintaining decent qualityScarf seam: I wanted to see how cleanly my printer could handle this seam typeThe print result isn’t flawless (see photos), but it’s solid and works well for everyday use.
