Replacement Ratchet Belt Strap

This is currently the only belt I wear. DescriptionReplacement belt strap for the ratchet style of belts sold on Amazon and such. Included are size ranges of (28 – 37.5 inch), (37- 46 inch), (45 – 54 inch), and (53-62 inch).The width is 1.19 inches. Can be cut to size, like the original. If you are close to needing the next size up, just print the longer size and cut it.The ratcheting system runs along the belt for 10 inches, so there is a lot of room for adjustment. All sizes can be printed on the A1 mini, or the larger printers.Parts needed: (these fit the design perfectly.)The ratcheting buckle from the original belt.Print Settings:0.2 Layer height2 or 3 walls, 15% Grip infill.No supportMaterials tested Successfully: high speed and regular TPU from Bambu and Overture. I have not tried the Bambu TPU for the AMS yet, it seems a bit hard for this application. TPU is very finicky material, so use your experience to adjust the print settings to your needs.
