Replicator 2 Bed Carriage

DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING TO FIT RIGHT IN PLACE!!!

IT TAKES A LOT OF PATIENCE AND ADJUSTMENT TO GET IT RIGHT!!!!

YOU MIGHT NEED TO DESIGN OWN STUFF AS YOU GO!!!

I HAVE A RAMPS REPLICATOR 2 WITH SIMPLE MECH ENDSTOPS, YOU MIGHT NEED TO FIND A SOLUTION FOR YOUR OWN!!

I HAVE LM8 BEARINGS AND 8MM SMOOTH RODS FOR THE Z WITH A PIECE OF A 10MM STEEL TUBE AT EACH END TO MAKE THEM FIT INTO THE ORIGINAL FRAME!


i had a broken Suitcase and cut its Square metal tube Grip into pieces to make myself a rigid Buildplate

It was 16.5x16.5mm tube with c.a 1m Lenght in total.

I designed the Parts "on the go", means i printed a part, put it in place and took measures of what i need for the next one :)

You also need some Screws and a 10mm Rod/Tube
