Replicator 2 HBP JSON files for Makerbot Desktop

Updated files for Bondtech Extruder and precise X & Y steps per mm

Tested with Makerbot Desktop V3.10.1.1389 (last released version before they abandoned the application for Makerbot Print)

(1) Put Replicator2.json in s3g\profiles folder, in my case (Windows 10), C:\Program Files\MakerBot\MakerWare\s3g\profiles\

(2) Put replicator2.json in default configs folder, in my case (Windows 10), C:\Program Files\MakerBot\MakerWare\default_configs\
