Update version of my [previous guide](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:151262) and designed to work in conjunction with my [spool holder](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:231827).
Adding the extra distance from the body allows the filament to be drawn from the center of the spool and stops filament slipping off the spool onto the spindle.
