Finished making this today and installed on a Replicator 2.
It's currently 40 mins in to a print and running fine.
The part aims to reduce the space between the stepper motor roller and the original part. This seemed to be the main problem with the original part. Or, at least, that's what I observed when I tried loading NinjaFlex with the heatsink and fan removed.
It's possible this isn't perfect, so I've included the SolidWorks part also and will update if I make any other iterations.
