RepRap Recycle Bot

The Design was done as a model display for the manufacturing of Plastic Filament Extruder from Waste Plastic. The design consists of motors for automatic extrusion and pull. Extrusion is done by an Extrusion Screw, rotation of which provides the waste plastic put into the barrel through the funnel to pressurize in order to extrude out by the nozzle with a preheating into the barrel by external copper heater. Finally, the filament comes out of the nozzle with mostly constant diameter and is pulled out by the spooler rotation automatically by a stepper motor.
