I remixed Wersy's LCD case to add a mount to V rails which allows the case to be angled for better viewing from different positions. I also added embossed numbers in the back for the connectors to avoid confusion. Along the way I had to make a number of changes because the Reprapdiscount Full Graphic Smart Controller (sic) seems to have changed - panic button and knob are a bit different. I also changed the "grill" for the beeper as I didn't like the way the holes looked. Not sure mine is better, though! Could probably just eliminate it completely as it's pretty loud to start with. Also, the original front case needed some rework because the lip wasn't deep enough.
You may need to make some changes in the following areas:
- The original knob was for a D shaft, mine was a press-to-fit one. Depending on how your printer printer does holes, you may need to resize the hole.
- The panic button on my LCD board stood way too high so I had to rework that. I suspect there are different but
