RepRapDISCOUNT SD EXTENSION ADAPTER

After a colleague pointed out some alignment issues (not really alignment issue, but this is what I understood to be the issue. Turns out the slot is just too far from the sd slot. @damein2007 created an extension that hold that sd card. So it can be inserted and removed easily.

***I have not personally printed the adapter, but the OP for the original design has printed it and made the appropriate changes for tolerance needed.***
