Repwinder spool adapter

These files were tested with following spools:

Smartmaterials - ABS, PETG, PLA 750g (needs 15mm spacer)
Innovatefil - PET-CF, PA-CF 500g (needs 15mm spacer)
Sakata - PLA 1Kg
Winkle - PLA 1Kg
Filoalfa - Filapro 700g (needs 15mm spacer)
A3D Prints - PLA 1Kg
Básico de Control3D - PLA 1Kg
Filavip - PLA, PETG 750g (needs 15mm spacer)

15mm spacer is the official one from Pooch.

Cap and ring will fit these spools, but rewinder needs to be 16mm wider (core part and stand spacer need to be modified).
