Resin Funnel

This is a funnel for straining and emptying the resin from your SLA 3D printer's vat. Similar models exist for printing on your SLA printer, but due to the limited build volume on these printers, the funnels tend to be very small. The funnel however is designed to be larger capacity and printed on your FDM printer. It can hold up to 200ml (about 4/5 cup) of resin at once while it's straining and fits quite snugly into the resin bottle's opening. Simply print this plate, and then disassemble one of your paper filters to remove the mesh from it.Place the mesh over the bottom of the funnel, and screw the cap in place, with the mesh in-between.The mesh will become taut, and hold in place, catching any solids that are in the resin when you strain it back into the resin bottle.After straining you can then just use your IPA to clean the funnel and mesh, ready for your next use.
