Here is a Resin Vat Cleaner (RVC).
Instead of cleaning the entire tank when your printer fails, just place the RVC in one corner and expose the entire surface to UV light. This way, you can peal a full layer of semi-cured resin with all of the small debris (from the fail print) stuck on it.
It is inspired by the Lychee Cleaner designed by Thomas Roussel (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NiOaIowQgkY&ab_channel=PolyWorkshop).
