Respirator

Respirator for cosplay (does not actually function as respirator). Files include the main face mask, the filter bodies, filter retainers, and the buckles. The gasket around the face mask and the head harness will have to be made by you, I just improvised the design and don't have any patterns for them. There are two separate files for the filter bodies as they are threaded in opposite directions. I used XTC 3D to smooth out the finish which saved a lot of effort when sanding. be careful when painting not to paint the threads or else the filters will not fit. I painted it with spray paint and weathered it with acrylic and silver rub and buff.
I used .2 resolution for everything except the buckles, I used .15 resolution for them. I made the filter retainer and buckles out of PETG and everything else out of PLA.
