The stand I use for my 15" Retina MacBook Pro.
I originally printed this scaled down to 10mm deep to test the size. The 10mm version held the laptop just fine. I use the 60mm on my desk for everyday use.
When on the stand the laptop is fully open, the bottom edge of the screen is ~20cm from the desktop.
