Reuleaux tetrahedron (solid with constant width)

Solid with constant width.

Like a reuleaux triangle but with an extra dimension.

Not useful but I found it interesting and could not find this model so I decided to create and share one myself.

Best printed on one of the corners (as shown in the pictures) with support under the downward facing side. Should have at least some infill as the curved top layers usually do not make form bridges. For optimal results sand down the surfaces after printing to make a nice and smooth reuleaux tetrahedron.
