# ROSA3D Filament Refill Adapter (Master Spool)
## Summary
This is a custom-designed adapter for **ROSA3D** filament refills.
ROSA3D refills are shipped on a cardboard core. This printed part slides over the brim of that cardboard core, converting it into a standard spool that fits securely on your 3D printer's filament holder.
The spoked design saves material and allows you to easily see how much filament is left on the roll.
**⚠️ Important:** You need to print this model **twice** (one for each side of the cardboard core).
## Print Settings
* **Material:** PLA, PETG, or any rigid material.
* **Supports:** No supports needed (print flat on the bed).
* **Infill:** 15% - 20% (The part is not under significant mechanical stress).
* **Layer Height:** 0.20mm - 0.28mm (Standard or Draft).
* **Quantity:** Print x2.
## Assembly
1. Take your ROSA3D filament refill (do not remove the cardboard core).
2. Press one printed flange onto one side of the cardboard rim.
