Rev Compatible Axle Mount

This is based on the REV-41-1317 (http://www.revrobotics.com/rev-41-1317/) . It is designed so that when mounted to the bottom of a piece of 15mm extrusion, the axle is at the same height as when using a REV-41-1303 (http://www.revrobotics.com/rev-41-1303) mounted to the side of the extrusion.

The purpose is to modify the design of the Rev Robotics minibot (http://www.revrobotics.com/rev-45-1171/) so that it is horizontal. By design, the front axle is lower than the rear axle. Using this part as a replacement for a REV-41-1317, the front axle can be mounted at the same height as the rear axle.
