revised small burr

Revised the design of the small burr in the V3.0 series of grinders.
Same sort of change I made to the large burr.
I found with the larger hopper, if loaded to much the grinder would plug up. The small burr wasn't breaking up the material and pushing it through the bottom grate.
This design helps solve that problem.
