RFC SE5a

This is a remix of a model by DigitalTargeter with some improvements:

- Wheel and tire are separate parts
- Removed "webbed feet" from fuselage halves
- Added a propeller hub
- Propeller is now spinnable when attached to hub via 1.6mm wire (also used for the landing gear axle)
- Engine cowling has been redesigned to better resemble its real-life counterpart
- Redesigned cockpit with pilot's seat and a separate rim to represent historical leather cockpit lip
- Vertical stabilizer design has been altered to add more detail:
- Rudder is now a separate part
- Lower section of the vertical stabilizer added to the bottom of the fuselage
- Tail skid added
- RFC markings available:
- A large roundel for the wings
- A small roundel for the fuselage
- A "fin flash" for the rudder
