This is a Ring Standoff Cable Insert for RG-6 or RG-59. The cable can be pushed in after wall mounting with the (WS) wide slot versions. (NS) version has only 2mm gap and cable will need to be fed through from an end before connectors are crimped on. A Flat Blade Screwdriver can be pushed in the gap to help it slide on the cable.
