This project was inspired from **Steve Manley's** work https://goo.gl/pHmpKE.
Together with my 8 year daughter really liked the look of this beautiful clock and decided to build one.
We had some Chinese equivalent of the Adafruit NeoPixel Digital RGB rings laying around. This rings are not exactly the same dimension as their counterpart. This LED's won't fit the design kindly provided by Steve Manley.
I have limited experience with 3D design and only e few hours worth with Fusion 360 parametric modeling. I tough this would be a good opportunity to learn together with my daughter about Fusion 360. Because our printer is slow we tried to minimize the needed parts and volume of the print.
The design can be viewed and downloaded at http://a360.co/2ixrWuj. Hopefully is easy enough to be modified for those with yet another dimension of these LED rings.
For those with smaller plate or slower printer we uploaded half and quarter variant.
