YouTube rewards channels that surpass 100,000 subscribers with plaques. I just crossed 100 subscribers. Suffice it to say, there is no plaque in the mail. So I made my own. I used a WS2812B RGB light strip, an ESP8266 NodeMCU unit, and a couple 18650 batteries to power the lighting in this 3d-printed masterwork.

The diffusers snap into place (or require a bit of cyanoacrylate depending on your tolerances), magnet backers get a dab of cyanoacrylate and pop into the base, and the front plate goes on with a couple magnets. The rest should (hopefully) be relatively self-explanatory.
The diffuser should be printed in a natural or otherwise translucent filament (I used glow in the dark because I didn't want to wait for an order of natrual PLA). The face plate looks best when printed on a bare glass bed, but your taste may vary. The little pegs that hold the ESP8266 and buck converter in place are pretty weak, but the components
