Zero Clearance insert for a Ridgid R4512 table saw.

Did you lose or mangle your original table insert?

You can purchase nice wood zero clearance inserts online or make your own... but then what fun is that when you have a 3d printer.

There is a slot in the insert for you riving knife to pass through, but the blade will need to be raised up through insert to finish cutting the slot.

Note: if you still have your metal insert and are you sick to death of small pieces dropping, breaking or getting stuck in the FAT SLOT of the original insert?

There are probably a 100 different and better ways to do this, but this gets the job done.
