This is a reinforced version of the venerable rsilvers Micro-Compact Enclosure for RileyLink

- Added alignment pins between the top and bottom cases to prevent them from twisting.
I used 1mm metal pins, but any reasonable material will do (snip off a piece of a thick paperclip, press-fit/glue in the top section and slide fit in the bottom)
- Added the "medical device" text
- Added lightwells to see LEDs through the case. I inserted/pressfit a piece of translucent printing filament and cut flush to the surface. Any material will do.
