This is a 45 degree corner mount for "Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Gen) - Venetian Bronze Argos UK code 755/7099).Side hole for cable entry.The photo shows the "877_ring_v2_corner_mount v6.stl" print, which has a gap around the edges due to the ring mount being bevelled.I created a rebated version which will be a much snugger fit, not printed as of typing this. This can be downloaded on this page as an STL, the 3mf file is the non-rebated version.
