Ripple Vase (Ovoid) - Thin

WIP: I did not print this yet - not sure how good it will work.
Remixed vase to be very thin to be printed with one layer thickness. Vase Mode does not work with non horizontal openings.
You may want to check Seam placement.
The models have the following thickness so you can vary:
- 4 = 0.4mm
- 6 = 0.6 mm
- 8 = 0.8 mm
- 10 = 1.0 mm
One issue might be the bottom which will be quite thin as well. To be checked.
