Riser for Akitio Node eGPU case

Needed to place my Akitio Node on its face for cable length reasons (the thunderbolt 3 cable is only 0.5m to allow for faster speed transfer), but this eliminated the usefulness of the Node fan, which was pressed against the floor. This riser has ventilation holes to allow for (hopefully) better air circulation!
