This should be printed upright not flat on the bed. This is because the layer lines need to be orientated correctly for optimal strength. This desgin has been lasting me pretty well, printed it out of normal pla. Id love to see people try different materials with this, like pla-cf or even tpu and post their results here. It should fit right out the printer, but if it dosent fit or is too tight you may need to drill the holes over with a drillbit. For the hinge pin holes use a 3mm drillbit and for wheel mount holes use a 5mm drillbit. The screw holes should not be drilled, they need to be tight so the screws can create their own threads. If the anti roll bar joint ever brakes off then reprint it with a higher temperature (if you care about the anti roll bar anyways). Overall this works for bashing if you drive well. it is not indestructible tho, id say its just slightly weaker than stock.
