Robo3D R1+ Spool Bracket

Wanted to make something more compact than what I had as a spool holder shown in the pics. Went looking and found puppingn's bracket set at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2688758 and liked how it worked. I had a bearing and threaded rod setup that I wanted to keep, so I modified his design a bit.
